Olive Dining Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee 20 sites in East London, leading and supporting multiple teams to deliver high-quality school meals and service. You will own budgets, drive cost control, and nurture client relationships with schools across London, Kent, Surrey and Essex.

The role requires a hands-on leader, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication. You’ll work in a family-friendly environment with opportunities for progression and growth within Olive

Qualificações

• Hands-on leadership style with ability to support teams on the ground.
• Experience managing multiple sites or locations.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience with budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients, schools and internal teams.
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and service across multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee 20 sites in and around East London and lead cross-site teams.
• Support and develop site teams to create a positive, valued, and motivated environment.
• Own financial performance, budgets and cost management for the area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and schools to deliver excellent service.
• Identify opportunities to improve and grow the area, collaborating with the wider Olive Dining team.
• Coach and develop future talent within the organisation.

Job details:

• Operations Manager to manage 20 sites in and around East London.

What You’ll Need:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, schools and internal teams.
