Olive Dining Ltd in London is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee 20 sites across East London. You will lead, support and develop teams, ensure a high standard of service, and manage budgets to drive financial performance.

You’ll build strong relationships with schools and clients, identify opportunities to grow the area, and mentor career progression within Olive Dining’s family-run culture.

Job details:

• Operations Manager to manage 20 sites in and around East London.
• Operations Manager to lead, support and develop your teams, creating a positive environment where people feel valued, motivated and able to succeed.
• Operations Manager to take ownership of financial performance, managing budgets and costs.
• Operations Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and schools, ensuring we deliver an excellent service and continue to develop those partnerships.
• Operations Manager to identify opportunities to improve and grow your area, sharing ideas and working with the wider Olive Dining team to continually develop our service.

What You’ll Need:

• A hands-on and approachable leadership style, with a willingness to get involved and support your teams on the ground.
• Strong experience in a multi-site.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, schools and internal teams.
• A genuine passion for great food, high standards and delivering an excellent experience for our schools and customers.
