Job summary

Olive Dining Ltd seeks a Chef Manager to lead a school kitchen, serving 200 students daily, with a hands-on approach and focus on fresh, nutritious meals. You’ll manage a team of 4, supervise allergens, stock and ordering, and build rapport with children, staff and parents. Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, term time only (40 weeks).

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach.
• Understanding of good food hygiene and health and safety.
• Sous chef or Chef Manager experience in education is preferred but not essential.
