Olive Dining Ltd is seeking a Chef Manager for a secondary school in London to lead a 7-person kitchen team while overseeing day-to-day operations from 7am to 3pm during term-time (40 weeks). The role serves roughly 800 students daily and carries a salary of £38,000.

You will manage allergens, stock, ordering and liaise with children, staff and parents to ensure high-quality, nutritious meals. This is a full-time, on-site position in a family-run catering company with supportive culture and

Competenze

• Hands-on approach required.
• Solid understanding of food hygiene and health & safety.
• Experience as a sous chef or chef manager in education is preferred but not essential.

Mansioni

• Lead a kitchen team of 7 in a secondary school setting.
• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including stock, allergens and ordering.
• Build rapport with students, staff and parents.

The Role:

• Chef Manager - Secondary School
• Monday to Friday
• 7am - 3pm ( 40 Hours )
• Term time only ( 40 weeks )
• Salary: £38,000

Job details:

• Chef Manager to help core feed 800 students a day.

What You’ll Need:
