Job summary

Noss on Dart in Kingswear is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to run daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional service and standards across all departments. You will lead teams, oversee guest experiences, and partner with the General Manager on strategic improvements.

• Monitor occupancy levels and payroll to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards throughout the hotel.
• Support financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting.
• Work closely with the General Manager to implement strategic initiatives and service improvements.
• Ensure the property remains well-maintained, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
