Bespoke Hotels Ltd in Dartmouth is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to lead daily dining and bar operations, uphold 5-star service standards, and ensure seamless guest experiences across hotel outlets.

You will recruit, train and supervise the F&B team, manage rosters, monitor budgets and costs, and drive teamwork and hospitality across both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, with a focus on creating memorable stays.

Role Overview

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing the daily functions of the food and beverage departments, and maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a guest-focused mindset to ensure an exceptional stay.

• Ensure an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming, and luxurious environment.
• Recruit, train, and supervise all food and beverage team members to ensure 5 star service is maintained
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support team development.
