Operational Management

Guest Experience

• Ensure an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming, and luxurious environment.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise all food and beverage team members to ensure 5 star service is maintained
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support team development.
• Create a collaborative, motivated, and guest-focused team culture.

Financial

• Manage food and beverage budgets, revenue goals, and cost controls.
