Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Harley Street, London

Shifts: 9–6, 10–7, or 11–8

Saturdays: Min. 1/month. If working Saturday, it’s a 6-day week (paid extra or a day off)

Role Description

I’m currently recruiting for a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role with a high-end private clinic based in Harley Street, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operations professional with strong CQC knowledge and a proven track record in healthcare management. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, updating and maintaining compliance policies, managing staff, and ensuring consistently high standards of patient care. The successful candidate will also be responsible for budgeting, business strategy, and performance analysis to drive operational and financial success.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and management skills
Strong CQC skills and expertise
Strong business management skills with a keen attention to detail in finance.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in healthcare operations management
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare industry standards
Experience in managing budgets and financial analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
A master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Do you have 4+ years of CQC experience?
Do you have 5+ years of management experience?
Have you worked in the healthcare industry for at least 5 years?
Do you have 3+ years of experience in cosmetic or plastic surgery?
Have you worked as a CQC manager for at least 3 years?
Do you hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum)?
