About the Role

Our Operations Managers are crucial to executing our strategy, responsible for leadership and profitability of online operations, food hall, nights, and warehouse. You will ensure high operational standards, foster a high-performance culture, and prioritize customer experience for both in-store and online shoppers.

This role involves working a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and late nights. As part of the duty management team, you may be solely responsible for the store at times, requiring confidence in overseeing all operations.

About You

You should have a proven track record in leading diverse teams, delivering operational excellence in fast-paced environments, and adapting to change. Attention to detail and effective plan execution are essential.

You should possess an engaging leadership style, be a strong coach and mentor, and influence colleagues at all levels. Excellent communication skills and adaptability in approach are also required.
