Operations Manager Financial Planning

£45,000-£50,000

Are you a natural operator with roots in financial planning and a passion for building the systems that drive growth?

Miller Knight Financial Planning are on the hunt for a dynamic Operations Manager someone who isn't just capable of helping to run our business day-to-day, but is energised by implementing tomorrow's tech, and shape the future of a growing, community and values-led financial planning firm.

You'll be our implementer, the engine behind the Managing Directors vision, and a key force in helping us manage our growth. This fantastic opportunity will allow your development too, your future role with us could look very different!

The role

You'll take ownership of:

  • Business operations from running and improving the processes and working with our existing team to service delivery excellence.
  • Technology & systems using tech to enhance productivity and compliance.
  • People management becoming more significant as we grow.
  • Project management from small projects to big ones that may be planned over months.
The benefits

Remote working with meetings in Lingfield, Surrey. Death in Service, Income Protection, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), 18% pension (6% employee/12% employer), Christmas bonus.

About you

This role would suit someone already working in a similar position within a financial planning or wealth management firm. You are:
