About the Role

Retail is ever-changing, and as we transform our stores for the future and grow our online proposition to meet increasing customer demand, we are looking for customer-focused leaders to drive service excellence across both the store and our online operation.

Our Operations Managers are key to executing our strategy, with overall accountability for leadership and profitability of our online operation, food hall, nights, and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for ensuring high operational standards and fostering a high-performance culture within your team. You will need to be passionate about our strategy, purpose, and customers, providing an outstanding shopping experience both in-store and online.

As part of the leadership team, you will work a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and late nights. You may be solely responsible for the store at times, so confidence in overseeing operations is essential.

About You

You should have a proven track record in leading diverse teams, delivering operational excellence, and working in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability, attention to detail, and strong execution skills are required. Your leadership style should be engaging, coaching and mentoring colleagues, with the ability to influence at all levels. Excellent communication skills and flexibility in approach are also important.
