Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking an Operations Manager at Enfield FWC. This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers a competitive salary depending on experience and involves managing operations within the Leisure & Wellbeing Club.

The successful candidate will bring an operational background from leisure or hospitality, hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualified Assessor credential if possible, and lead teams to deliver high standards while ensuring safety and customer focus.

As an Operations Manager at our club, you’ll bring an operational background in the leisure or hospitality industry. You’re a National Pool Lifeguard Qualified Assessor with a track record in managing performance, improving potential and leading teams. Ideally, you hold a health and safety qualification.

As an Operations Manager, you will:

• Ensure we meet health and safety legislation, and internal audit requirements

• Support the General Manager with technical support and guidance

• Continually improve site standards

• Embed a sales mentality into the duty management and reception teams

• Nurture our teams’ confidence and pride to help them promote our services to members

• Recruit and develop the colleagues that will help us deliver our quality and commercial goals
