Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking an Operations Assistant in Gloucester to help ensure members feel safe and enjoy an exceptional experience every day, seven days a week. You will support multiple club departments, assist with cleaning, opening/closing tasks, and greeting members, while helping teams wherever needed.

We value a strong customer service mindset, teamwork, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment. An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.
