Job summary

Arvato in Corby seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead one of our warehouse operations. You will drive performance, coach teams and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will manage KPIs, safety, stakeholder relationships and continuous improvement initiatives to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction across the site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager role within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs and customer expectations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Experience of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring customer service levels and KPIs are achieved.
• Develop, coach and inspire Operations Supervisors and colleagues to maximise performance.
• Drive health and safety culture; ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and implement improvements to productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure excellence and satisfaction.
• Manage labour planning and resource allocation to meet changing demands.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies and best practice.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes, quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Support delivery of business objectives through planning, problem solving and decision making.

Location: Corby
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Your Tasks:
