The role…

As Operations Manager

You will be the strategic business leader for the hotel, responsible for delivering strategies, providing exemplary leadership to ensure all targets are met and exceeded, and being a true people’s champion. This role involves involvement in every aspect of hotel operations critical to commercial viability and guest satisfaction. The Operations Manager will support the General Manager and deputize in their absence. You should be passionate about hospitality and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Deputy General Manager is desirable, with aspirations to become a future General Manager.
