Summary

Our client a professional, well established and widely respected company operating in the legal sector and collaborating with local authorities and the general public, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to manage the Control Room and the Field Team. The role also involves promoting the company, monitoring competitors, ensuring cost-effective delivery, and producing clear, concise written reports. You should be solutions-driven, able to improve processes, assess outcomes and implement practical improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentoring, training and managing the performance of the team whilst building a culture of continuous improvement
  • Objective setting, ensuring safety and compliance with company standards
  • Managing diversity and cultural considerations
  • Managing Company equipment, Data Protection and business records
Key Qualities
  • Confident communications - written, verbal, negotiations, conflict management
  • Leadership skills including HR and People skills
