Job summary

First Response Group is seeking an Operations Support Manager to back FRG's Operations Managers, ensuring efficient site and client management across multiple locations. The role covers site setups, mobilisations, welfare checks, compliance with AIs, RAMS, and health and safety standards, and ongoing training for security officers.

You'll coordinate logistics, monitor equipment deployment, and liaise with clients during incidents to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities in fast-paced operational environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with security officers, clients, and senior management.
• Knowledge of security operations, compliance regulations, and site mobilisation processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, on a shift-based schedule.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the setup and mobilisation of new sites, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and resources.
• Conduct site surveys to assess requirements and contribute to mobilization planning.
• Assist Operations Managers in managing client expectations and maintaining high service levels.
