Job summary

Intelligent Change Inc. is seeking a Head of Operations / Integrator to turn vision into scalable execution.

You will partner closely with the Founder & CEO, Alex Ikonn, to build an operational backbone across ecommerce, retail and international distribution, ensuring priorities, KPIs and budgets are aligned. Ideally you have experience leading operations in founder-led consumer businesses, strong financial discipline, and a knack for simplifying complex processes while elevating team

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading operations in founder-led consumer business.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across ecommerce, retail and physical products.
• Experience with P&L or significant financial responsibility.
• Strong decision-maker able to act with incomplete information.
• Excellent organizational skills with high standards and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Turn vision into execution with clear objectives, owners, timelines and KPIs.
• Run the company operating rhythm including priorities, leadership meetings and KPI dashboards.
• Lead the leadership team to function as one company with clear ownership and decisions.
• Own financial discipline with budgets, margins, forecasts and ROI.
• Simplify complexity by reducing meetings, priorities, and unnecessary spending.
