Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Growth, Operations, Program Management or similar high-execution roles.
• Ability to build trust across technical, operational, and customer-facing teams without direct authority.
• Strong operational judgment with excellent written/verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Systems mindset: identify and improve scalable processes and workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in fast-moving environments.
• Bias toward ownership, accountability, and execution.
