Infopro Digital’s Chartis Research division seeks an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient research delivery, client engagement, and cross‑functional workflow across finance, sales, and project management. You will partner with the Managing Director and senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating leadership roles across multiple functions.
• Experience supporting reporting, project management, sales operations and business administration activities.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, Excel and Word.
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reporting, publishing and research delivery workflows to ensure milestones are met.
• Lead team, client and vendor operations and optimise onboarding across the business.
• Prepare and review operational and financial reports for decision making; support MD.
• Support CRM administration, data integrity, and sales process reporting.
• Manage, coach and develop a geographically dispersed team; set objectives and conduct reviews.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence using technology and AI tools.
