Profitero is seeking an experienced people leader to manage and grow a Technical Data Operations team within an assigned workstream. You will own workstream planning, prioritisation, and delivery quality, ensuring resource allocation and escalation management.

The role focuses on leading, developing, and supporting the team, strengthening operational processes, and ensuring delivery excellence across the workstream. Hybrid working with multi-market delivery experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a team management role.
• Experience coaching and developing teams, including performance management.
• Experience managing prioritisation, capacity planning, and delivery quality in an operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Data Operations Analysts, providing coaching, performance management, and development support.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of product data activities across BAU operations and new client implementations.
• Collaborate with Capacity Planning Manager to resolve prioritisation challenges and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as primary escalation point for operational issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of risks.
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing clear updates on delivery status, risks, and priorities.
• Drive process improvements to improve efficiency, quality, and predictability.
