Job summary

Franco Manca in South England is seeking an Operations Manager to support and develop a group of our restaurants, helping Restaurant Managers and their teams deliver brilliant food, genuine hospitality and consistently great experiences for our guests. This is a hands-on role spent in our restaurants, coaching managers, improving performance and ensuring each site has the support it needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a group of restaurants to deliver outstanding operational and commercial performance.
• Coach and develop Restaurant Managers, building confident leaders and succession plans.
• Help restaurants improve sales, profitability, labour, stock control and overall business performance.
• Use data, guest feedback and operational insight to identify priorities and drive continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment, retention and engagement across your area.
• Work closely with the wider support teams to ensure restaurants receive practical guidance and consistent support.
