Job summary

Franco Manca, part of The Fulham Shore plc, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a cluster of South England restaurants, coaching managers and driving exceptional hospitality and performance.

In this hands-on role you’ll spend time in sites, guiding teams, launching initiatives, and developing future leaders to ensure consistent guest experiences and strong commercial results.

Qualifications

• Multi-site management experience in hospitality or related fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial understanding and drive to improve business performance.
• Proven ability to develop Restaurant Managers and support teams.

We're looking for an Operations Manager to support and develop a group of our restaurants, helping Restaurant Managers and their teams deliver brilliant food, genuine hospitality and consistently great experiences for our guests.

This is a hands-on role where you'll spend your time in our restaurants, coaching managers, improving performance and making sure every site has the support it needs to succeed. One day you could be reviewing business performance with a Restaurant Manager, the next you'll be helping launch a new initiative, developing future leaders or finding practical solutions to operational challenges.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and support a group of restaurants to deliver outstanding operational and commercial performance.
• Coach and develop Restaurant Managers, building confident leaders and strong succession plans.
• Help restaurants improve sales, profitability, labour, stock control and overall business performance.
• Use data, guest feedback and operational insight to identify priorities and drive continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment, retention and engagement across your area, helping build stable, high-performing teams.
• Work closely with the wider support teams to ensure restaurants receive practical guidance and consistent support.
• Champion Franco Manca's values while creating an environment where people can thrive.

We're looking for someone who

• Has multi-site management experience within hospitality or another fast-paced customer-facing business.
• Has a strong commercial understanding and enjoys improving business performance.
• Is passionate about developing Restaurant Managers and supporting teams to grow.
• Leads with a practical, hands-on approach and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
• Builds trust quickly and communicates clearly at every level.
• Balances accountability with support, helping people succeed while delivering great results.
• Wants to play an important role in shaping the future of Franco Manca.
