Popeyes UK&I is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Sheffield to lead day-to-day operations, coach the team and ensure top-tier guest experience in a high-volume br and fast-casual setting.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive sales, manage costs, and uphold food safety, service standards and brand values. This role offers clear progression and a strong bonus structure within a vibrant, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume branded restaurant.
• Experience leading teams, coaching and training with honest conversations.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
• Support your GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals
• Ensure full team compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation
• Be the role model—set the tone, keep standards high, and inspire your team
• Create a warm, inclusive space where everyone feels welcome
