Loom Talent are partnering with a leading service sector organisation to recruit a Head of Operations in Slough. This senior role leads a multi-disciplinary operation and a team of around 30, driving performance, customer excellence and continuous improvement across a national business.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will shape operational strategy and ensure exceptional day-to-day execution, balancing strategic vision with hands-on leadership and delivering measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing operational teams, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational performance through planning, resource management and data-led decision making.
• Oversee service delivery, warehousing, inventory management and operational planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability and customer experience.
• Collaborate with commercial and support functions to deliver business objectives and maximise customer retention.
• Support the ongoing development of systems, processes and operational best practice.
