Job summary

Skillframe Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead field-based teams in the Hersham area. You will manage budgets, drive efficiency, and ensure high-quality delivery while protecting margins and maintaining strong customer outcomes.

You will coordinate operations end-to-end, engage with insurers, customers and contractors, and build scalable processes to support future growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field-based teams and taking ownership of performance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and protect margins.
• Comfort dealing with difficult customers and high-pressure situations.
• Track record of building or improving operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop field-based teams, owning performance and results.
• Manage P&L and budgets, control costs and protect margins.
• Coordinate jobs from instruction through completion.
• Work with insurers, customers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Manage SLAs, scope authorisations and documentation.
• Visit sites personally when required and handle challenging situations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and revenue.
• Build structure and consistency to support growth.
• Create and improve processes and playbooks for future steps.
• Coach and develop your team to foster pride and accountability.
