Job summary

Brownbill Associates, part of the Active Care Group, is seeking an Operations Manager for our Thame office. You will provide operational leadership across people, processes and systems to ensure compliant, high-quality case management services.

The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, and driving continuous improvement in a regulated health and social care setting. Mon–Fri, 9–5, office-based with salary negotiable depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational management role within health and social care or similar regulated environment.
• Knowledge of case management practices is advantageous.
• Experience leading teams and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office and operational management.
• Lead operational teams to ensure consistent standards and policies.
• Manage annual leave, absence, and business continuity.
• Develop and maintain data collection and audits; support reporting to SLT.
