Job summary

Honeypot Medical Centre is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Lead to join our general practice team. You will work with the management group, including the Business Manager and GP Partners, to optimise operations and deliver high-quality patient services.

The role combines leadership of admin staff, process improvement and compliance with NHS and GP contract requirements within a forward-thinking practice. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Harrow site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical centre or health environment is required.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to manage operations in line with NHS/CQC standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective operational management of the practice to improve efficiency and patient services.
• Lead admin staff, motivate teams and develop performance.
• Give guidance on NHS developments and legislative changes affecting operations.
• Ensure compliance with CQC and GP contract provisions.
• Support long-term strategies and key performance indicators.
