Job summary

Safestay Holland Park, located in Holland Park, London, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day hostel operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness and an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping and the operational team, with a hands-on, fast-paced approach.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of health & safety, staff rotas management and cost control, reporting to the General Manager. Full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in hotel/hostel environments.
• Strong health & safety knowledge and compliance experience.
• Proven ability to manage rotas and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hostel operations to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
• Develop SOPs and oversee housekeeping, front office and maintenance.
• Monitor safety checks, incidents and compliance.
