Job summary

Staycity Group in London is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee front office, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue and sales across our vibrant aparthotels.

You will lead a diverse team, monitor guest satisfaction, resolve issues promptly and ensure every department operates to Staycity's SOPs and safety standards.

Collaborating with General Manager and Head Office, you will drive performance, optimise costs and contribute to a culture of hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience, with prior people management in hospitality.
• Experience in Front Office or Housekeeping operations.
• Knowledge of local market preferred.
• Strong adaptability to guest needs and operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in running the aparthotel including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue and sales.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve disputes professionally within guidelines.
• Ensure all departments meet SOP quality standards and budget expectations.
• Foster cross-department collaboration and regular communication.
• Lead project work and ad hoc duties for GM and Head Office.
• Prepare revenue and cost forecasts and report any shortfalls to the GM.
• Motivate and manage a team of direct reports daily.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and employment laws.
