Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking an Operations and Insights Manager in London to support the food range change calendar, governance, and reporting. You will coordinate across teams, track milestones, and prepare packs for senior forums.

The role focuses on turning messy data into clear insight while building practical trackers and automation through Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate. The position is umbrella only for a 9-month duration, with on-site presence in London (3 days).

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple priorities and keeping plans on track.
• High attention to detail with accuracy in reports and trackers.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach with the ability to move things forward.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management without formal authority.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for clear presentation packs.

Responsibilities

• Support management of the annual range change calendar and governance.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks and next steps.
• Coordinate day-to-day actions across range change activity.
• Prepare meeting support and stakeholder updates.
• Support approvals for new activity and urgent changes.
• Maintain trackers for approvals, decisions and actions.
• Build simple reporting to show volume, risk and workload.
• Turn data into clear, actionable insight.
