Experis is seeking an Operations and Insights Manager in London. The role focuses on supporting the annual range change calendar, governance processes and cross-functional tracking. You will drive reporting, capture risks, and present clear insights to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include coordinating actions, preparing meeting materials, and creating user-friendly templates and trackers. 3 days on site, umbrella contract for 9 months.

Responsibilities

• Support management of annual range change calendar and governance processes.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks and next steps for range changes.
• Coordinate day-to-day actions across range change activity to keep work moving.
• Prepare meeting support for senior forums, including packs and updates.
• Maintain clear trackers for approvals, decisions, actions and risks.
• Build simple reporting to understand volume, risk, performance and workload.
• Turn data into insights and explain key actions clearly.
• Reduce manual admin using Excel, Power BI, Power Automate and AI tools.
