Job summary

Proactive Appointments Limited is seeking a hands-on Data Analyst to transform operational data into clear, actionable insights for multiple business units.

Youll work onsite in London to deliver high‑quality reporting and dashboards using Power BI within the Microsoft Fabric environment, alongside T‑SQL, Python and advanced Excel. This role improves visibility of performance, utilisation and compliance while communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in data visualisation using Power BI or Tableau and/or T-SQL querying or Python.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards communicating information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and macros.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and organise large datasets from multiple sources, maintaining data accuracy.
• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities, turning findings into actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards/reports using Power BI within the Microsoft Fabric framework.
• Use T-SQL and/or Python to extract, manipulate and prepare data for analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and solve operational challenges.
• Document analytical processes and workflows to support knowledge sharing.
