Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Milton Keynes team, combining analytical rigour with impactful reporting. The role focuses on designing automated performance reporting, delivering insights for senior management, and standardising reporting packs across the transformation portfolio.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of critical data assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a statistical or scientific discipline is desirable.
Commercial experience and/or within the automotive/financial services industry preferred.
Experience in a comparable analytical environment.
Strong Excel proficiency and MS Office literacy essential.

Responsibilities

Design and manage automated performance reporting and standard reporting suite.
Provide reporting insights supporting Retail and other areas.
Move reporting activities into data product-based teams.
Support timely data requests from senior stakeholders.
Ensure consistency in reporting and analytical presentations for senior leaders.
Produce reporting and analysis to support local and HQ requirements including sales and financial data.
Monitor sales and financial performance vs budget and explain deviations.
Utilise data mining, quantitative analysis, cluster analysis and pattern recognition to deliver insights.
Support transformation teams with commercial insight and reliable reporting.
Own and manage changes to source Business Objects systems.
