Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a General Manager to join our Warehouse and Logistics team in Rugby. You will be responsible for managing service delivery, cost control, revenue enablement, and people leadership across key operations for a major retail customer, with mandatory experience managing 24/7 retail operations.

You will drive operational performance, lead high-performing teams, and ensure safety and compliance across facilities, working in a 24/7 retail context within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing 24/7 retail operations.
• Background as operational manager in logistics or e-commerce retail.
• Strong skills in building high-performing teams and continuous improvement.
• Experience with project management and resource forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational performance and financial management: manage budgets, control costs, and use KPIs to improve service delivery.
• Lead high-performing teams and stakeholder relationships: manage client relationships and oversee talent development and succession planning.
• Ensure safety, facility, and operational compliance: oversee facilities and ensure health and safety for colleagues, visitors, and clients.
