Mint People is seeking an Operations Executive to help deliver staffing operations across our nationwide business. You’ll manage the full staffing process—from recruitment and onboarding to scheduling and payroll support—while building strong client and staff relationships.

This busy, hands-on role offers progression, training from an experienced team, and exposure across recruitment, staffing, client management and event operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, recruitment, staffing or events is useful, and you should be ready to learn.
• Strong organisation, communication and people skills are essential.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and staying organised under pressure is expected.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, screen and interview new team members.
• Complete onboarding, right-to-work checks and compliance processes.
• Plan rotas and schedule staff across multiple clients and venues.
• Manage staff availability and fill staffing requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their requirements.
• Communicate with staff before, during and after shifts.
• Support on-call operations and resolve last-minute staffing issues.
• Attend venues and events to manage staff check-ins and delivery.
• Handle staff welfare issues when required.
• Ensure timesheets and shift data are accurate for payroll.
• Support clients with pay queries and attendance records.
• Attend client meetings and site visits as needed.
• Monitor staffing levels and identify potential delivery issues early.
• Collaborate with other Mint departments during large events.
