Mint People seeks dynamic Staffing Coordinators for its Hospitality Division on a full-time basis. The role is based in Warrington with nationwide travel and starts ASAP.

The position is fast-paced, requiring highly organised individuals who thrive under pressure and enjoy working with people in the events industry. Key duties include recruiting and screening staff, coordinating schedules across venues nationwide, managing on-call duties, and liaising with clients to meet staffing requirements

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional telephone manner and confidence.
• Ability to interview candidates effectively.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Recruiting, screening, and interviewing team members.
• Conducting right-to-work checks and ensuring compliance.
• Scheduling staff across venues nationwide.
• Managing on-call duties and resolving issues.
• Liaising with clients on staffing needs and event details.
• Attending events to check in staff and address welfare.
• Processing timesheets for payroll.
• Handling client and staff pay queries.
• Attending client meetings when required.

Salary: £29,500 per annum, Full-Time - Increased after 1 year service

The Role

We're looking to add dynamic and motivated Staffing Coordinators to our Hospitality Division on a full time basis, starting this ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting, screening, and interviewing team members


• Conducting right-to-work checks and ensuring compliance


• Scheduling staff and ensuring full coverage across various venues, across the country


• Managing \"on-call\" duties—ensuring staff attend shifts and resolving any issues


• Liaising with clients on staffing requirements and event details


• Attending events to check in staff and handle welfare concerns


• Ensuring timesheets are completed and processed accurately for payroll


• Handling client and staff pay queries


• Attending client meetings when required

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Work Schedule & Environment

5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends, with some early starts and late finishes

Office/Remote based with travel to and from various clients & events
