Job summary

Mint People is seeking an experienced Operations Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day staffing operations across the UK. You will own key client accounts, support the Operations team, manage rotas and workforce planning, and ensure timely delivery for events and venues.

You’ll supervise staff, build client relationships and contribute to process improvements. A demanding, fast-paced role offers progression and a clear path to senior leadership within Mint People.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, staffing, hospitality or events is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities while leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day staffing operations across a portfolio of clients.
• Support and supervise Operations Executives and team members.
• Oversee rotas, workforce planning and staffing levels across accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as senior contact for queries.
• Lead on-site staffing during events and major venues.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
