Responsibilities

• Maintain MCF's custom digital systems and databases.
• Generate website performance analytics and reports for board presentations using Google Analytics and WordPress.
• Serve as technical bridge between staff and digital platforms.
• Coordinate executive retreats including venue logistics and ticketing.
• Organise external exhibitions and political conference participation.
• Draft professional communications and manage speaker coordination.
• Prepare briefing documents and strategic reports for board and committee meetings.
• Drive cross-functional projects and address operational gaps.
• Support senior leadership with administrative and strategic coordination.
