Job summary

Muslim Charities Forum in London seeks an Operations Associate to act as an engine for the CEO and senior leadership. A versatile generalist will own digital infrastructure, event logistics, data analytics, and executive stakeholder management.

The role bridges strategy and execution, supports board and cross-functional teams, and offers exposure to UK Muslim-led charities' sector leaders through high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• High willingness to learn on the job and adapt quickly.
• Ability to coordinate with executive leadership and external partners.
• Comfort with digital tools, databases, and basic web/app concepts.

Responsibilities

• CRM & Database Management: oversee digital infra and databases; monitor deployments.
• Data & Analytics: extract and report on website metrics for the Board and funders.
• Executive Support: compile briefing docs, action logs and strategic reports for the CEO.
• Event Logistics: manage end-to-end logistics for executive retreats and external exhibitions.
