Penguin Random House UK is seeking an experienced administrator to join the Amazon Operations and Distribution Data team for a 12-month fixed-term role. The successful candidate will provide essential support in managing product supply to Amazon and assisting with operational coordination.

The role demands a proactive individual with strong administrative skills and familiarity with various software applications. You'll contribute to a fast-paced environment while ensuring effective communication across teams.

The position involves working two days a week in the Frating office, offering flexibility and a salary of up to £25,000, plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage resources for the team.
• Provide support for meetings and prepare necessary reports.
• Maintain databases and calendars, and update systems.
• Co-ordinate relevant minor projects within the department.
• Responsible for maintaining departmental records.
• Liaise with team leaders and external partners to manage issues.
• Support reporting and tracking of deliveries.
• Create and update process documentation.
• Develop and maintain departmental project plans.
