Penguin Random House UK is seeking an experienced administrator to join the Amazon Operations and Distribution Data team for a 12-month fixed-term role. The successful candidate will provide essential support in managing product supply to Amazon and assisting with operational coordination.
The role demands a proactive individual with strong administrative skills and familiarity with various software applications. You'll contribute to a fast-paced environment while ensuring effective communication across teams.
The position involves working two days a week in the Frating office, offering flexibility and a salary of up to £25,000, plus bonuses and benefits.
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Amazon Operations and Distribution Data team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the team that manages Penguin Random House UK’s supply of products to Amazon, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements, as well as also support our reporting initiatives.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you’ll help provide the resources, coordination, and administrative support needed to deliver an outstanding customer experience while contributing to the smooth running of a fast-paced operational environment. We’re looking for someone with a positive, proactive approach, a growth mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt. Experience of working in an AGILE way is beneficial but not essential, as these skills can be developed in role through training, collaboration, and hands‑on experience.
