Job summary

Collectiv Food in London is seeking an Operations Assistant for a fixed-term 12-month contract, with a hybrid London-based role. You will support order management, inventory, logistics and data analysis to help grow our fast-moving supply chain operation.

You will gain hands-on experience across the end-to-end process, from supplier orders to customer delivery, with opportunities to learn and potentially continue with the team after the FTC.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Order management, processing, tracking and queries.
• Inventory management and warehouse support.
• Customer success as first point of contact for orders.
