Job summary

Britannia Row Productions Ltd in Weybridge seeks an Operations Co-ordinator to support our Operations team. Based at Brooklands, Weybridge and Chessington, you will coordinate planning, equipment allocation and logistics for live audio projects.

You will work closely with Sales and Department Heads to design technical solutions, manage inventory, arrange transport, and ensure smooth delivery from planning through to execution.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of live sound audio systems and venue setups.
• Experience in concert touring, corporate events, or TV environments.
• Highly organised with planning, time management and IT skills (MS Office + basic CAD).
• Clear communicator, works well under pressure.
• Flexible and willing to travel and irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate within the department and wider team.
• Plan project execution including rack drawings, cabling, logistics.
• Use inventory software to optimize resources and project delivery.
• Coordinate logistics with trucking, couriers, air/sea freight, and customs.
• Develop professional relations with clients and suppliers.
• Carry out additional duties as required by the company.
• Take reasonable care for health and safety and comply with policies.
