Job summary

Kudos AV Ltd. is seeking an on-site coordinator to support the production team with quotes, kit lists, schedules and paperwork. You’ll sit with the Project Managers, learn how an event is costed and planned, and help ensure the right kit and crew are in the right place.

This role suits someone organised, a clear communicator, and with a genuine interest in live events who is willing to learn the technical side and start early, finish late, and sometimes work weekends.

Qualifications

• Organised, thorough and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Clear communication skills with clients, venues and crew, in writing and on the phone.
• Genuine interest in live events and willingness to learn the technical side.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, kit lists and schedules with the Project Managers.
• Keep event paperwork in order: risk assessments, method statements, venue forms and crew schedules.
• Coordinate with the warehouse on prep, loading and returns.
• Chase the details that get missed, from venue access times to power requirements.
• Get on site for load ins and show days, supporting the team wherever it is needed.
