Job summary

NEP UK in Bracknell is seeking a Production Coordinator to support live productions by coordinating people, travel, accreditation and information across multiple projects. You’ll work with Technical Project Managers, heads of department, crew and freelancers to ensure everything comes together.

The role requires exceptional organisation in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities spanning planning, scheduling, and on-site coordination to keep productions moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination skills across multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Confident communication with crew, freelancers and colleagues across the business.
• Solutions-focused approach for changing plans and issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate people and logistics: crew, travel, accommodation, information for each production.
• Keep productions moving: planning sheets, rig schedules, accreditation, documentation.
• Raise purchase orders for freelancers and suppliers; assist invoice processing and records.
• Respond to changing requirements and find cost-effective improvements.
