Job summary

Westcoast Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Operations/Sales Support professional to manage the end-to-end customer order process in Reading. You will coordinate shipments, deliveries and stock allocation, ensuring maximum fulfilment with minimal cost.

The role requires analytical thinking and strong Excel skills within a team-focused, fast-paced IT distribution environment. The role offers exposure to IT brands, opportunities for development in operations and supply chain, and a competitive

Responsibilities

• Managing the customer order process from receipt of order through to shipment and delivery.
• Arranging deliveries and ensuring all are compliant with customer specifications.
• Stock management and liaising with product management to re-allocate stock.
• Resolving delivery problems and communicating delays to customers.
• Communicating stock availability and lead times to customers.
• Forecast management and attending conference calls with meeting minutes.
• Resolving customer queries and complaints quickly and courteously.
• Reporting on customer stock and sales and supporting External Account Managers.
• Undertaking ad hoc company projects as required.
