Job summary

HIVED, based in London, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to place drivers at the heart of our on-demand delivery network. You will manage day-to-day driver teams, ensure KPI delivery, and act as the main point of contact for driver inquiries in a fast-paced, on-site role.

The role requires 1–3 years in logistics, a hands-on leadership style, and a valid UK driving licence. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to drive driver excellence and retention while embracing HIVED’s fast-growing

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in logistics/last-mile operations.
• Hands-on approach to developing team members.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with data-driven decision making.
• Valid UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned driver team.
• Champion initiatives to improve driver experience and retention.
• Serve as primary point of contact for driver inquiries and support.
• Ensure driver compliance with HIVED requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure driver excellence via check-ins and ride-alongs.
• Achieve daily business KPIs.
