A language education organization in London seeks an Emergency Response Specialist to manage crisis situations and coordinate emergency responses during the winter holiday period. Candidates must be calm under pressure, have excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented. This temporary position runs from December 22, 2025, to January 6, 2026, requiring on-call availability.
EF London International Language Campus is looking for an enthusiastic, calm and proactive administrator with excellent communication & organisational skills to join our busy Student Services Department and coordinate Emergency lines over the winter holiday.

As an Emergency Response Specialist you will be responsible for producing safe & seamless solutions to any emergency that may arise. You will oversee the school emergency lines on weekends liaising with various stakeholders, including students, transportation companies and sale offices to ensure a great start for every student on their journey with us.
Contract type: This is a temporary position starting 22/12/2025 - 06/01/2026
Hours: On call for duration of period.
