Job summary

Complii is seeking an experienced Operations Controller/Planner‑Scheduler in Bletchley to coordinate daily operations, schedule engineers and maintain systems to deliver high‑quality service. The role integrates with engineers, finance and sales to ensure accurate, efficient and safe job delivery.

You will manage planning, compliance, and administrative support, with a focus on continuous improvement, strong problem‑solving, and delivering exceptional customer service in a 40‑hour office‑based

Qualifications

• Experience in an Operations Controller, Planner, Scheduler or Coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, CRM systems and administration.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety, including PPE, RAMS and permits, with strong organisation and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day operation of the business and train staff while ensuring health & safety compliance.
• Plan, schedule and monitor engineer workloads using CRM systems, Excel and portals, and generate required documentation.
• Provide excellent customer and engineer support, manage inquiries, confirm appointments and ensure complete documentation for invoicing.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing job sheets, timesheets and billing data and support CRM usage and planning processes.
